AgencyDesk · For agencies

Your invisibleWordPress department.

WPCasso works behind your agency to handle WordPress support, development, QA, releases, and client communication without forcing you to build another internal department. You keep the client relationship. We become the engineering behind it.

Who this is for

Agencies with WordPress clients, without a WordPress department.

Design studios, marketing agencies, SEO shops, and development teams whose clients run on WordPress, but whose best people should not be spending their week inside plugin settings and error logs.

AgencyDesk replaces

  • Overflowing WordPress request queues
  • Unpredictable development demand
  • Client requests outside your core capabilities
  • Slow or unreliable freelance developers
  • No senior engineer to review difficult work
  • Support tickets distracting your delivery team
  • Opportunities declined for lack of capacity
  • Client relationships strained by slow technical work

How we integrate

We fit into your operation, not the other way around.

Every agency runs differently. Onboarding starts by mapping how requests reach you today, then we join that flow. No proprietary portal, no forced process change.

Your channels, not ours

Requests keep flowing through your project-management platform, help desk, Slack workspace, or email workflow. We join the channels you already run instead of adding another portal to check.

Your repositories and environments

We work inside your Git repositories, staging environments, and deployment process. Where a site has none, we set up a sensible workflow and hand you the keys.

Intake and triage

Every request is logged, acknowledged, and classified: urgent fix, quick task, or planned work. You see the queue state at any time, and nothing dies in an inbox.

Client-facing, on your terms

On embedded and full engagements our engineers can talk to your clients directly, following a communication protocol we define with you. Representation is always agreed transparently. We never impersonate your employees.

QA before anything ships

Changes are validated against the user flows they touch: the checkout, the form, the publishing path. Senior engineers review the difficult work before it reaches a client site.

Releases with a rollback plan

Deployment happens through an agreed release step, with backups taken and a rollback path prepared first. The outcome is documented so your team and the client know what changed and why.

Questions agencies ask

The honest answers, before you ask.

That is your decision, and we respect it either way. Some agencies present WPCasso as their WordPress engineering partner. Others prefer that we stay entirely behind the scenes. We never impersonate an agency employee. Instead, how we are represented is defined transparently with each agency before any client-facing work begins.

Yes, on Agency Embedded and Full AgencyDesk engagements. We agree on a communication protocol with you first: which channels we use, what tone we take, what we handle directly, and what gets escalated back to you. You keep the relationship. We keep the technical conversation moving.

Yes. We plug into your workflow rather than forcing you into ours. During onboarding we map how requests reach you today, whether through a PM platform, a help desk, Slack, or email, and we join that flow. If your setup changes later, we adapt with it.

Yes. We work inside your Git repositories, staging environments, and deployment process. Where a client site has no version control or staging workflow, we will recommend one and can set it up, but we never require you to migrate hosting or tooling to work with us.

That is the most common path. Many agencies begin with Agency Flex to see how we estimate, communicate, and ship. Moving to Agency Embedded later is a conversation, not a re-onboarding.

Every non-trivial request gets a technical review and a written estimate before work begins. You approve the estimate, we do the work, and you see exactly where capacity went each month. No surprise hours, no silent scope growth.

Senior engineering oversight is part of every engagement level. Complex changes, security remediation, and anything touching payments or data gets a second set of experienced eyes before it ships.

Through process, not promises. Work happens on staging first, passes QA against the actual user flows it affects, and only reaches production through an agreed release step. Rollback plans exist before deployment, not after something breaks.

Yes. AgencyDesk is built for portfolios. Full AgencyDesk includes portfolio-wide technical oversight, so recurring problems across your client base get identified and fixed at the root rather than ticket by ticket.

Yes. We start with a triage pass over the open queue, categorize what is urgent, quick, or structural, and agree on an order of attack with you. Taking over messy queues is normal work for us, not an exception.

Design the WordPress desk your agency should have.

Tell us how many WordPress clients you support, what the queue looks like, and where it hurts. We will come back with a capacity plan.
